I take evidence from the Quran and Sunnah and synthesize it with Islamic naturopathic medicine, supporting it with current scientific research to give you the tools to make yourself healthier, slimmer and more productive.

I’m Sabah, a teacher, researcher, content writer and student of Naturopathy (Tibb –e-Nabvie) and Islamic studies.
I set up this blog to share my passion and enthusiasm for living healthily and minimalistically. No need for fancy ingredients or expensive gyms. It’s to motivate, inspire and empower you to become dynamic. Let the Sunnah be your guide!
